The Answers You Need
As qualified Chartered Accountants, in addition to your management rights business, we can complete income tax returns for additional business and passive investments, including investment properties, share investing and cryptocurrency.
What if we have investments outside of our management rights business?
We believe Xero is the most efficient accounting software for management rights businesses. Xero also increases our efficiency in providing tax compliance and advice on your business. We can still offer fixed fee subscription billing, but the fees will be more than we can provide to Xero customers. We can assist in providing free conversions from MYOB Account Right to Xero. Contacts us directly for more information.
What if we don’t use Xero?
We can work with Hirum, REI Master, RMS, PropertyMe, Console and other trust accounting ledgers. However, we strongly recommend Resly holiday letting. Contact Resly direct for more information about converting.
What if we don’t use Resly?
We are here to help you buy, operate and sell your Management Rights business. After your sale is completed and we have lodged your final business income tax return and completed your final audit, it is your choice if you wish to retain our services.
What if we sell our Management Rights?
Superannuation is complex. We understand superannuation rules, but some accountants are specialists in SMSF compliance, auditing, and advice, just as we are right management experts. We can refer you to a specialist and work seamlessly with them.
What if we have a self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF)?
Of course. We can meet you at your premises or at serviced offices.
If we want to meet in person, can we?
No. We can, however, recommend you to qualified financial advisers who can assist you.
Do you provide financial planning services?
No. We can work anywhere with laptops and internet connections as a virtual firm. We can meet using one of the many video conferencing platforms.
Do we need to have our business in North Queensland?
Yes. ARAMA is the peak industry membership body for Management and Letting Rights (MLR) in Australia. We believe you should have someone representing your industry and interests. For more information please visit the ARAMA website for more information.
Should I join the Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association (ARAMA)?
Yes. We respect your privacy. Please click on the link to view our Privacy Policy.
